"We began working with Bridget when my daughter was 4 months old. We spent hours putting her to bed, bouncing on an exercise ball, replacing the Soother when it fell out, and then often repeating the whole scenario again 45 minutes later. Same thing would happen with naps putting her down for a nap would often take longer than the nap itself. We knew we couldn't go on this way and that something had to be done. Bridget was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. We started implementing her plan the following weekend and within a few days the exercise ball was gone and the Soother as well. She was now falling asleep within minutes of being put in her crib by herself. Over the course of the next little while Bridget was there to answer any of our questions and helped us make improvements with her naps. Never did Bridget make us feel like we are asking silly questions or pressure us to do anything that we weren't comfortable with. She gave us lots of different strategies and tools to help make our sleep as successful as possible. I would recommend her without hesitation to anybody who is looking for help improving their child's sleep hygiene." Thanks, Kathy!

Is your little one having a hard time sleeping? When choosing a strategy to teach them to sleep, make sure it is developmentally appropriate and inline with your parenting style. It is much easier to stick to a strategy when you are comfortable with the process.
