We are a mixed martial arts training facility offering classes in kickboxing, boxing, no gi jiu jitsu & gi jiu jitsu.

We offer classes for children as young as 6, ladies only sessions & adult classes. We know not everyones goal is to compete so run our sessions with that in mind. Although we do have a competitive team for those looking to take their training that step further.
