The Shade’s Mills Group was founded in 2018 by Tom Fournier who had just concluded an extensive career with one of Canada’s foremost suppliers to the Janitorial and Maintenance marketplace.  The last 12 years of his career, Tom served as the National Sales Manager managing a number of teams across Canada.

With corporate experience around sales models, sales methodologies and B2B sales strategies in Canada and the United States, Tom is uniquely placed to help virtually any business.  Working 3+ years as a management consultant has further broadened Tom’s range of experiences and skillset.

Tom can consult/coach in hour long one on one sessions, collaborate on more extensive projects or work as your part-time VP of Sales.  The possibilities are endless.  Let’s set up a time to explore your needs!
