So I have this straight Kristy, today you will mail me a statement of items sold(over 10 years ago) to an address that you know I sold over 10 years ago. Why couldn’t you have mailed me my check 10 years ago to the same address? Also you knew I moved out of Canada yet expected me to come by your store months after ( to pick up said check) and because I did not do that you get to keep MY money, but today you can mail out a statement of a 10 year old account,( to my sold 10 years ago address) but 10 years ago you could not mail out a check. Before I escalate this matter I would appreciate confirmation of just how Best Trick in town operates. Thank you.
