A few weeks back I put a beautiful rip in my driver’s side seat of my Mercedes SLC300. Not that my Mercedes was new, it was just the fact of knowing that no matter where I drove, I was sitting on a seat that didn’t match the rest of my car and it bugged me. Asking around I was told about Imperial Glass and Upholstery so I decided to check them out. On a Friday I drove over and thought that I would introduce myself to them. Plus it would be a good opportunity to have one of the guys at the shop take a look and hopefully give me a price on fixing my rip. By that time my rip had spread to more of a tear. During my visit, I had half expectedly thought that I would hear that an entire section of my seat would need to be replaced but then I was introduced to Lenny Schuler...the owner. Lenny took a look at the spreading eye soar that was usually under my butt and said that it wouldn’t be an issue to match, replace and get my car back to me the same day. Not that I didn’t believe him, but when Imperial called me the following Tuesday to say that my car was ready I was actually surprised. Lenny and the guy, Dave, who was helping with the repair not only did a seamless job. They did it for the price agreed and I had my car back the same day. It was incredible. The rip was gone and I had my entire car back! ;) The team over at Imperial Glass and Upholstery are fantastic. True car guys with a genuine focus on customer service and you can tell just by the type of cars they work on in the shop. I would not only recommend Lenny, Dave and everyone else over at Imperial Glass and Upholstery, but I would also say that to go anywhere else you’d be missing out working with the great team at Imperial. Re Jeep's Interior rejuvenation My name is, Greg Hawkes . To be clear, I have NEVER done a follow up on-line with any company/service in the past, rather preferring to opt for a direct "Thank you" with those I have been dealing. However, the work exceptional done by Lenny was above and beyond my expectations, within the timeline mutually agreed upon and well within, what my Scottish heritage would deem, a more than reasonable budget.
