I bought an Echo trimmer from these lovely folks on Tuesday and could not have been happier with the product or the service! I happened to be going to be playing in a soft ball game later that day and didn't have a baseball hat; they gave me won. I needed to use the trimmer right away; they filled it with gas and oil and got it ready to use. It's my first trimmer, so I didn't have any spare orange thread things; they tossed me a few extra. If I ever need anything else for my home or garden... I know where I'm headed.
